Step 1: Tell Us What You Need to Store

Call us or fill in the inquiry form. Give us a rough idea of what you’re storing — number of items, approximate volume (how many rooms, boxes, or pallets), and how long you need storage. We don’t need an exact inventory at this stage. Just a rough scope.

Step 2: Get a Written Storage Quote

Based on your inventory description and duration, we provide a written storage quote with a clear monthly rate and the option to add pickup or delivery services. The quote breaks down every cost — no line items appear on your bill later that weren’t on the quote.

Step 3: Pickup, Packing & Transport to Warehouse

If you’d like us to collect your goods, our team arrives at your home or office, packs items that need packing, and transports everything to our storage facility. Each item or box is tagged with a unique ID and entered into our inventory system.

If you prefer to drop off at the warehouse, that’s available too — just coordinate a time slot in advance.

Every item that enters our warehouse is listed in a digital inventory with your name, item description, and a photograph. You receive a copy on the day of storage check-in.
